ICEA brings to Nuremberg its experience as an accredited certification body, and concrete answers to the need of companies not to lag behind the demand for sustainability of the world market. The stand at Biofach (Hall 3A, Stand 313) presents the world of ICEA and its proposals for all companies that want to enhance their offer, restoring identity to food and giving the right value to every choice.
“To be competitive today, companies are increasingly oriented towards the green economy and aim to position themselves in a market characterised by sustainability and an ethical approach emphasises”, Pietro Campus, president of ICEA. “Nevertheless, the great challenge of sustainability often cannot be tackled only by the actions of individuals or individual companies. This is why the claim with which we are participating at Biofach this year is ‘ICEA Open Sustainability’. Open Sustainability refers to a process in which a company interacts with partners beyond the boundaries of the organisation, and also with the consumer, in order to optimally achieve its own sustainability goals”.
The key concept of Open Sustainability is a shared communication, which is able to integrate the consumers’ ideas and the partners’ experience in the innovation process.
ICEA organized a busy programme of seminars for Biofach 2022, each lasting 30 minutes and held by experienced professionals. The first seminar will start on the 26 of July at 11 a.m. The aim is to illustrate ICEA’s vision of Sustainability and to discuss specific certifications with companies.
ICEA has been operating for over 20 years and operates in 17 countries worldwide.
