SANA 2022, the Organic Food Fair in Bologna, taking place from 8th to 11th September, will start with the fourth edition of “Rivoluzione Bio”. This event is promoted by BolognaFiere as part of the ‘Being Organic in EU‘ project realised by FederBio in cooperation with Naturland DE and co-financed by the European Union.
The presence of buyers from more than 40 countries is confirmed, with a large representation of operators from supermarket chains, retailers, and organic market leaders arriving from Austria, Denmark, France, Germany, United Kingdom, Romania, Serbia, Slovenia, Spain, and Sweden for Europe, from the United States and Canada for North America, from Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates for the Middle East and from Korea and Indonesia for Asia.
Among them, representatives from Fine Italian Foods, Red Oak Food Management, LL Grosist d.o.o., Marches Tau, H-E-B, Vero Foods and Bio Spajz will attend.
The promotion and initiatives of “Rivoluzione Bio”, also organised in collaboration with AssoBio, are managed by Nomisma, a company from Bologna in charge of the industry studies and, for several years, of the SANA Observatory. The Observatory is an essential tool that allow professionals and stakeholders to access complete and valuable information in order to monitor the Italian organic market.
