Sana Slow Wine Fair in Bologna from February 26th to March 1st

Over 600 producers, including 480 Italians, for 12 countries represented. These are the numbers of next Sana Slow Wine Fair which will be held in Bologna from February 26th to March 1st. The international event dedicated to natural wine, organized by BolognaFiere together with Slow Food, Società Excellence (which brings together 18 Italian companies active in the field of quality wine distribution) and FederBio, will host one thousand delegates from the Slow Wine Coalition. In the exhibitor list at least 130 international companies from Armenia, Austria, France, Germany, Holland, Portugal, United Kingdom, Slovenia, Spain, United States and South Africa, including five wineries that process spirits.
On February 26th and 27th, the BolognaFiere Congress Center will host the meeting of the Slow Wine Coalition: two days of conferences, meetings and debates on key issues for the future of wine, from good agricultural practices to the role of farms in protecting landscape, natural resources, and biodiversity, passing through the social and cultural role of the winemaker, engine of economic growth for the territory.
Sunday 27th February will be the day dedicated to consumers: wine enthusiasts will be able to taste the thousands of labels on display, talk to the producers, participate in masterclasses during which, they will be able to deepen the philosophies of production, under the guidance of producers and experts.
February 28th and March 1st will be dedicated to industry professionals.
