The most important International event for the organic food sector is back after two years with the new special formula: Biofach Summer Edition 2022. From 26 to 29 July, the exhibition brings together industry operators focusing on the themes of sustainability, ecology and innovation in the organic food sector.
Alce Nero is already in Nuremberg to launch the 2022 novelties, but above all to return to meet its International customers finally on site.
Among the new products that will be presented, there is Ciokoveg, the first spreadable plant based cocoa cream made with legumes and Fairtrade cocoa, produced without gluten and without the use of animal fats, a real novelty for the vegan world.
The range of Alce Nero rice is also enriched with a new Carnaroli rice, 100% Italian grown in Piedmont and suitable for the preparation of many recipes, especially risotto.
The new stone ground Chickpeas Flour, 100% Italian produced in Umbria, naturally rich in protein and fiber, will also be launched.
Finally we will also present Khorasan Tocchetti, which are added to the range of bread substitutes, produced exclusively with 100% Italian Khorasan wheat, grown in the regions of southern Italy, without the use of yeasts and enriched with extra virgin olive oil.
