Amor Soli (from Latin, Love for the Territory) is an oenological project conceived by the Bolla family who, for three generations and almost a century, have been passionately leading the Valdo winery, paying great attention to the protection of the environment and the territory.
Amor Soli, Valdo’s first organic CGDO (Controlled and Guaranteed Denomination of Origin) Prosecco, is the symbol that expresses the commitment and path towards sustainability that the company started more than 20 years ago.
After years of research and activity in this direction by the entire team of oenologists, with the 2020 vintage the ideal conditions for the production of the first organic Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore CGDO have finally been reached. The new 2021 vintage has been produced in only 7.760 numbered bottles. Amor Soli is a brut sparkling wine obtained by vinifying exclusively organically certified Glera grapes from the Valdobbiadene CGDO area.
Prosecco rests in autoclaves for at least four months after the secondary fermentation by the Charmat method; its colour is golden-yellow with greenish reflections; its aroma has delicate hints of white-fleshed fruit and surprising mineral sensations. It is delicate and elegant on the palate.

The bottle immediately catches the attention thanks to the design of its label, made of totally ecological paper.
All the values of this little oenological masterpiece are depicted in three graphic symbols: the Valdobbiadene hills, which is the winemaking cradle and a Unesco World Heritage Site for its beauty and winemaking tradition; a golden sun, which makes the miracle of viticulture possible; and finally, the profile of a woman, who almost kisses the Earth, symbol of a profound love and gentle oenology, respectful of nature and harmony of the universe. The graphic concept was created by wine designer Mario Di Paolo.
